The real estate brokerage and marketing company "Israel Sotheby's Real Estate"

reports the sale of an architecturally designed apartment in Borochov Towers in Givatayim.



The deal was closed for NIS 4.85 million, according to NIS 41,000 per square meter, by real estate agent Eli Taib, real estate agent and project department manager at Sotheby's Israel Real Estate.

Taib represented both parties in the transaction.


The asking price for the property during the entire marketing period was NIS 4.9 million.

The sellers are non-residents living in Hawaii.

The buyers are a couple in their 50s, residents of Israel.



This is an apartment in a prestigious residential complex in the view of Gush Dan - in Borochov Towers in Givatayim.

The project includes two 19- and 26-story towers, which stand on the hill in Makhtesh in the city's Borochov neighborhood, and provide a 360-degree view of the city and the sea from the first floors.

Adjacent to the project, a renovated commercial center including cafes and restaurants, schools and kindergartens was established.

The apartment is new, designed with meticulous architectural planning, at a high level and has never been lived in.

It is located on the 15th floor of the 26-story tower and enjoys an urban view towards Tel Aviv and a view of the sea.



Originally, it was a 4-room apartment that was converted into three, spread over about 110 square meters plus a balcony measuring about 13 square meters.

The apartment offers a spacious living room with access to the balcony, two bedrooms - one of them a master suite with closets and a bathroom and an upgraded kitchen.

In addition, the property includes a separate warehouse of approximately 10 square meters and two parking spaces in the building's underground parking lot.



According to Itai Gurevich, CEO of Israel Sotheby's Real Estate

: "The story of the buyers characterizes the current trend in Givatayim which attracts new residents who are not willing to compromise on the size of the apartment, architectural design, luxury and do not keep up with housing prices in Tel Aviv. Prices in Givatayim are also climbing, but it and its neighbor Ramat Gan are still very attractive for housing seekers Prestige in the center. The trend of luxury housing in Givatayim and Ramat Gan is only getting stronger and the decision of the Tel Aviv District Planning and Construction Committee to double the city of Ramat Gan is only part of the future that is emerging."
