Dtek director Dmytro Sakharuk said that it will be possible to return to stabilizing power outages only after the system's capacities are increased.

The Russian army has launched dozens of attacks in the last 24 in the Donbass

"Over 30 attacks with missile systems, 16 air strikes were launched on the positions of Ukrainian troops and settlements along the line of contact.
