Retired "Big Brother" presenter Corinne Gideon shared her feelings about her figure after giving birth, and the differences in her routine between her first and second births.
Gideon uploaded a rather long video yesterday (Saturday), in which she explained to her 334,000 followers on Instagram, the difficulty of juggling two children, a career and an investment in her body.
She told about the physical neglect that also affects the mind, and about the desire to return and do for herself.
"I'm at the peak of confidence and flying high on myself, but Walla gets upset about the toning part," she shared with her followers, stressing that it's not about low self-esteem.

"Listen, I'm pissed at myself that I can't get back in shape," Corinne wrote in a video she posted.
"Suddenly I thought that three months after Alona's birth, I was a 'bad animal'. I started training from the second I could, a month and a half after the birth," she said.
"I did two or three training sessions a week, I was on it," she added.
"And now, I did maybe one workout after the birth of Rafael. Suddenly everything is logistics, and Alona doesn't feel well, and a million constraints," she said in an attempt to present her complex life routine.

"I feel it, I see it on myself, these schnitzels," she said, clutching her stomach.
"I'm not used to it, and I'm not saying it for you to donate to me," she clarified.
"I have an underwear campaign in a week and a half, the fourth, and I'm at the peak of confidence. I'm flying about myself, but voila, I'm bummed about the toning part," she announced.
"I'm saying now, accept with a committee, that my goal for the month of December is to get back in shape. I have to do it for myself, also for my soul."
A very short time later, Gideon uploaded a photo of herself, in which she presented a more toned look.
"A stamp a year ago, November 2021," she wrote on the background of the photo.
