Tour of Patron's Hacienda, Mexico (Ido Isaac)
All the openings (and the closings too, I wish we didn't have to), new menus and limited edition dishes, festivals and holidays, special meals and once-a-year events (we wanted to write New Year's Eve, but we realized a long time ago that almost every two weeks there is some kind of "international... day" , and in our places this is a good enough reason for the event).
A chef who hosts and a chef who also hosts, a restaurant that dresses up and a staff that changes places, why not, actually.
A dish that gets its own roof (and walls), but also a "hole in the wall" is worth enough for us to report.
Eilat and Haifa, the Sharon and the Shefala, and Tel Aviv (but by no means only it).
In short, get Israel's food news.
And this time - a new and intriguing destination in Jerusalem, the Hanukkah festival that also makes Christmas and at least two new menus that got us into the car.
And this is just the beginning of the week.
enjoy your meal!

A new restaurant and wine bar has been located in a quiet space in the heart of the bustling King George Street in Jerusalem.
The place is divided into three areas - the restaurant, which is entered through a sort of secret "hole" in the wall shared by it and the Stay Inn hotel, the wine bar itself, as well as the courtyard with pomegranate trees.
The menu includes medium-sized dishes, including "pretzels from the ancient", Italian cheese knapa, bruschetta fricassee and "fired fish", and all this goodness is accompanied by an extensive menu of wine and cocktails.

M32, Hod Hasharon

The Rosenberg restaurant in Herzli has leveraged its popular hamburger entrepreneurship since the Corona days, and is dedicating its own additional space to the dish, and rightfully so.
This is the Hod Hasharon branch of M32, a dedicated and uncompromising burger joint, with a place to sit down and efficient options for deliveries and take-away.
Here you can find the juicy and well-known meatballs, in 200 g size or in a double smash configuration, as well as toppings such as fried onions, bouche cheese, vegan cheddar, lamb bacon or - if you think rough like us - melted cheddar cheese with panko coating.
Alongside these are proper fries, sweet potato fries, crispy cheese balls or real onion rings, as well as crispy chicken marinated in gravy, which goes well with ranch dressing and sriracha coleslaw.
