(ANSA) - MOSCOW, DEC 05 - Measures such as the price cap on oil "will not influence" the progress of the Russian military operation in Ukraine.
This was stated by Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov, quoted by Tass.
"We will not recognize any ceiling" added Peskov, specifying that a Russian response to the European price cap is in the "preparation" stage.
