Rif and Ray, the twins of Michal Kona and her husband Nir Weizman, are celebrating their birthday today.
On the occasion of the festive occasion, the proud mother chose to share a blessing on her Instagram account, revealing some painful struggles from the past.
In the long post she uploaded, Weizman said that she had previously had an abortion and decided to use fertility treatments in order to have more children.
"I imagined myself at the age of 30 with three children running around the living room, but my career broke out and I found myself running between stages. I reached the age of 29 with two children and got pregnant, exactly according to the plan. Until the launch event for my new series, when I was surrounded by bustle and excitement, I felt that something inside me was not OK.

I found myself bleeding in the bathroom, with everyone outside waiting only for me.
That night I celebrated an after party in the ER.
"Threatened miscarriage" they called it, and I had a scraping at week 14.
I decided to undergo a fertilization process which is very difficult.
It was hard for me to deal with the gap between making children happy every day, and another failed pregnancy.
Sleepless nights, disappointments, injections, pain, another negative answer, more IV hormones.
I didn't give up.
Until the big day when I was informed that I was pregnant with twins!"
Michal continued and said that the pregnancy was accompanied by supreme happiness, but also by fears and anxieties that ended in emergency surgery.
"I took a deep breath and believed in life and destiny.
I look at you my Rif and Ray, and I thank you for fighting together with me."
