What are you preparing for a delicious dinner?
In winter it is easy.
Soup is an excellent solution for a satisfying, tasty and warming meal.
Of all the types of soups, with the possible exception of chicken soup, the most favorite soup for children is the one made from tomatoes and ground to a smooth texture.
A simple soup, easy to prepare and one that goes easily with other things they like.
For example flakes and even toast with yellow cheese, and here you have a complete meal.
Tip:
If you already have a good soup at home, use it as a base, skip the root vegetables and start straight away with the olive oil and tomatoes.

Preparation
How do you make tomato soup with flakes?
1 Heat olive oil in a large pot and steam carrot, celery and onion for about 3 minutes until slightly softened.
Add thyme and garlic and steam another half a minute until a pleasant smell emerges.
2 Add the tomatoes and steam together until they lose liquid.
Also add pasta and 2 cups of soup or water, season, cover and cook for 15 minutes or until the vegetables soften.
3 Grind with a crushing rod, check the condition of the liquids and add soup or water until the soup is a little thin.
4 Add the flakes, cover and cook together for 10 minutes or until they are soft.
5 Serve with a sprinkling of olive oil, a little parsley and toast.
Note:
If you don't eat the soup right away, the flakes will continue to absorb liquid and thicken the soup.
What to do?
Add water to dilute until the desired texture is obtained.
