On the matter, ANSA and DataMediaHub analyzed online conversations (social media + online news + blogs and forums), only in Italian, in the last thirty days to understand the mood of the fans in this regard.

From 5 November to 4 December almost 233,000 online citations of Juventus, by over 20,000 single authors, whose contents involved (with likes + reactions + comments and shares) more than 4.3 million subjects.

The maximum peak was recorded on November 29 last year, when the resignation of the entire board of directors of the football team was announced, with just under 27,000 summons in a single day.

Volume of conversations that generated a potential reach, the so-called "opportunity to be seen" (i.e. the opportunity they theoretically had on the basis of these volumes of conversations to be exposed to content relating to black and whites), 225.2 billion views on the topic.

We reasonably estimate the effective reach to be 11.3 billion impressions, of effective team-related content views.

Online conversations with a strongly negative connotation as regards the sentiment, the share of emotions and, precisely, negative feelings contained in the online verbalizations, starting from last November 29th.

The Board, Andrea Agnelli, John Elkan, and the New President Gianluca Ferrero, some of the names most mentioned online by people.

While, on the contrary, Alessandro Del Piero's tweet of caution and attention towards the team was one of the contents that generated the most involvement, going viral.

A sign that in addition to disappointment and anger there is always love for the team of the heart, at least on the part of a portion of Juventus fans.
