Two years after this tragedy, Asma, 27, has just learned that her complaint for "manslaughter" against the driver had been dismissed for "insufficiently characterized offense".
And this, from the summer of 2021, without ever having been notified by mail.

At the material time, the driver, seriously shocked, had been transferred to the hospital and his toxicological analyzes had revealed no trace of alcohol or narcotics.
