Deprived of their star Anthony Davis, forced out after eight minutes for flu symptoms (and who averaged 34 points and 15 rebounds in the last ten games), the Los Angeles Lakers engaged in Cleveland against the Cavaliers lost for 116-102.

And this despite the performance of Lebron James who, in front of his former audience, went double-double with 21 points and 17 rebounds.

Leading the Cavs was Donovan Mitchell, author of 43 points in what Cleveland, now in third place in the East, was the 11th home win out of 12 games.

The Lakers, however, stayed in the game until less than five minutes left, when they were still within 5 of the Cavs.

Heavy success, albeit narrowly (115-116), for the Dallas Mavericks on the field of the Denver Nuggets, with Luka Doncic in triple double of 22 points, 12 assists and 10 rebounds.

On the other hand, 29 points were scored, again for Dallas, by Tim Hardaway jr.

Bad defeat at home, 96-116 for the Miami Heat against the Detroit Pistons who are only 14th in the East. Tyler Herro's 34 points and Adebayo's double-double (21 points and 15 rebounds) were useless for Miami.
