(ANSAmed) - TEL AVIV, DECEMBER 07 - A Palestinian was shot dead by Israeli soldiers today in Deir Dibwan (Ramallah).
This was reported by the official Palestinian news agency Wafa which identified him as Mujahid Mahmud Hamed, 32 years old.
An Israeli military spokesman said the man had previously opened fire on a military post in the nearby Jewish settlement of Ofra and fled in a car.
"He was immediately chased and at the sight of the military he got out of the vehicle and fired.
The soldiers then neutralized him", said the spokesman.
