Prime Minister Yair Lapid said at the end of the discussion: "The government's excellent assessments place us at this time in a very good position and highly prepared for any outbreak. At the same time, the corona virus is still part of the reality in the world and in Israel, and it is important to continue targeting the population at risk, with information and continued testing and vaccinations."
Among other things, the Ministry of Health presented the Prime Minister with data according to which there is an increase in the incidence of the corona virus. At the same time, in the last week there has been a decrease in the number of seriously ill patients and in the number of those hospitalized.
