The blogger Olga Tuchsher has a recipe for her own version of the rice and salmon ball that conquered Tiktok.
In three simple steps, she shows how simple and easy it is to prepare a rice bowl with pan-roasted salmon, which is served with mayonnaise sauce and spicy sirloin, avocado and green onion.
If you happen to have nori seaweed in the dish, cut each seaweed into four squares and serve next to it.
Use seaweed to put some of the rice, salmon, sauce and avocado on it and put it in your mouth for a pampering bite full of flavors.

Ingredients
For rice:
1 teaspoon oil
1 cup basmati rice
2 cups of boiling water
1 flat teaspoon of salt
For salmon:
2 pieces of salmon fillet weighing 200-250 grams per piece
2-3 tablespoons of oil
a little salt
A pinch of ground black pepper
Sweet paprika
To submit:
mayonnaise
Sriracha
1 peeled avocado, cut into strips
1 handful of chopped green onions
Nori seaweed cut into squares

Preparation
How do you make a bowl of rice and salmon?

Prepare the rice:
heat the oil in a pot, add the rice, mix and fry for about a minute while stirring.
Add the water and salt, mix, lower the flame and cook for about 15 minutes, or until all the water is absorbed, and the rice softens.
Turn off the flame and leave the pot covered for another 10 minutes.

Prepare the salmon:
heat the oil in a pan, season the pieces of fish with salt, pepper and paprika and fry on all sides until nicely browned and until the fish is cooked on the inside.
Cool slightly and break up with two forks.

Serving:
Place the rice in a large bowl and the shredded salmon on top. Mix mayonnaise and sriracha and pour on top.
Sprinkle the green onion and serve the bowl with the added avocado and seaweed.
