, the investment and real estate arm of the Dan Transportation Group, reports that it recently sold the penthouse apartment located on the 29th floor of the Arlozorov 17 project in Tel Aviv for approximately NIS 58 million.

This is the last apartment left for sale in the project, which began to be inhabited about three years ago.



The penthouse apartment covers an area of ​​358 square meters, and has two balconies with a total area of ​​70 square meters, extending over half of the 29th and last floor of the tower, sold at shell level to a private buyer and also includes 4 parking spaces and a warehouse.

The deal was carried out by Dolly Elrom, the director of marketing and sales at Dan Real Estate. Partners in brokering the deal are brothers Eran and Shai Elioff, owners of the Elioff Group agency.



The price paid for the penthouse apartment reinforces the trend according to which luxury apartments in Tel Aviv have become significantly more expensive in the past year.

The analysis of the transaction shows that the price per square meter (calculating the area of ​​the balconies) is NIS 148,000, which is about 18% higher than the price paid according to publications in August 2021, when a penthouse apartment was sold in the project in Ramat Manfat, with an area of ​​about 370 square meters 50 million shekels.
