Bad weather: rain and wind, orange alert tomorrow in the Center-South

   On the basis of the available forecasts, the Civil Protection Department has issued a warning of adverse weather conditions: scattered to widespread rainfall is expected from today's evening, including downpours or thunderstorms, over Sardinia, Tuscany, Umbria and Lazio, extending - from the early hours of tomorrow - in Marche, Campania, in the western sectors of Abruzzo and Molise and, from the morning, in Basilicata and Calabria, especially in the Tyrrhenian sectors.

The phenomena will be accompanied by heavy showers, electrical activity and strong gusts of wind.

    On the basis of forecasts, an orange alert was assessed for tomorrow, Saturday 10 December, over Umbria and part of Tuscany, Marche, Lazio, Campania, Basilicata, Calabria and Sardinia.

Yellow alert was also assessed on Abruzzo and Sicily, on a large part of Molise, on part of Basilicata and on the remaining territories of Tuscany, Marche, Lazio, Campania, Calabria and Sardinia.
