There are almost 50,000 companies in the construction sector (construction, systems and doors and windows) who experience many difficulties in the transfer of credits linked to the bonuses for the redevelopment of buildings and a significant deterioration in the financial conditions proposed by potential buyers.
This is the figure that emerges from a survey by the Cna of a representative sample of the sector.
Cna estimates that the credits in the tax drawers of companies that have recognized the discount on the invoice and not monetized through a sale amount to over 5 billion euros.
A volume doubled compared to last spring.
