"We never did advertisements, everything passed by word of mouth," Karvan told Walla!
eat about a decade ago, "We provide the service with love to everyone, regardless of status, gender or origin. We serve the hummus, we give it with fun and we don't look at the 'transition.' They will happen immediately. You need patience and perseverance. Especially in restaurants - a field that requires a lot of patience and humility."
He added that in his eyes, "Father's soul is still here," and told how "he would point to a baby in a cart and say to me: 'This little one will grow up tomorrow. The one who came with the cart, on whom you are building, he will come tomorrow with his own cart.'" Father was right. ".
