(ANSA) - ROME, DECEMBER 09 - Western nations have transformed Ukraine into a colony and are using Ukrainians as cannon fodder and a battering ram against Russia: Russian President Vladimir Putin said today in a video address at the defense chiefs of the SCO and the CIS, reports the Tass.
