A film project written and directed by Taylor Swift is in preparation, announced Friday, December 9 the American production company Searchlight Pictures.

All Too Well: The Short Film
, which won at the MTV Video Music Awards and is eligible for an Oscar nomination in the category of best short film.
She had expressed in September at the Toronto Film Festival of her desire to make a film.
