(ANSA) - VERONA, DECEMBER 10 - Tragedy at the Rally del Veneto, which occurred in the Verona area.
During the second round of the race reserved for historic cars, a Peugeot 205 went off the road in Badia Calavena (Verona) and the navigator, Barbara Incerti, died instantly.
The 53-year-old woman, resident in the province of Reggio Emilia, was alongside the pilot Nicola Cassinadri, also from Reggio, 50, who was injured and transported by 118 doctors to Verona, to the BorgoTrento hospital.
The Rally has been suspended by the organizers.
