(ANSA) - ROME, DECEMBER 10 - "I met Undersecretary Mantovano for the decree. I formally sent the detailed plan to the Prime Minister. It has been signed and is awaiting the last steps to go into the Gazette. So we are now talking about days to be able start with the works of the Jubilee".
This was announced by the mayor of Rome Roberto Gualtieri on the sidelines of the inspection of the construction site of the Fori Imperiali station of Metro C, in which he took part together with the minister of infrastructure Matteo Salvini.
The minister himself was keen to add that there has already been a meeting with the mayor of Rome on the theme of the Jubilee, dedicated to "delays to be accelerated and remodulated".
Also for this reason, Salvini observed, "the appointment with the mayor Gualtieri will be almost weekly".
