Judge refuses to charge Trump with contempt of court

(ANSA) - WASHINGTON, DECEMBER 10 - A federal judge has denied the Justice Department's request to charge Donald Trump with contempt of court for failing to comply with a mandate to hand over all classified documents in his possession.

CNN reports it, quoting two sources after a closed-door hearing.

Judge Beryl Howell, again according to the TV, urged the tycoon team and the justice department to work together to find a mutually acceptable solution.
