(ANSAmed) - BELGRADE, DECEMBER 10 - The latest developments in the situation in Kosovo were the focus of a telephone conversation that Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic had today with Italian Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Antonio Tajani.
As the presidency reported in a statement in Belgrade, Tajani underlined the need to preserve peace and stability, hoping for an easing of tensions and the return of Serbian representatives to Kosovo institutions.
Vucic for his part noted that the condition for this is compliance with the Brussels agreement, with the creation of the Community of Serbian Municipalities in Kosovo, for which Pristina committed itself with its signature almost ten years ago.
The rest, added the president, is the result of unilateral steps and decisions by Pristina.
Serbia, Vucic reiterated, remains committed to a policy of peace and stability.
