(ANSA) - WASHINGTON, DECEMBER 09 - A federal judge has rejected the US Justice Department's request to charge Donald Trump with contempt of court for failing to comply with his mandate to hand over all classified documents in his possession.
CNN reports it, quoting two sources after a closed-door hearing.
Judge Beryl Howell, again according to the TV, urged the tycoon team and the justice department to work together to find a mutually acceptable solution.
