(ANSA) - NEW YORK, DECEMBER 12 - Disappointment for 'Nostalgia': Mario Martone's film Italy's official candidate for the 2023 Oscars for the international film did not enter the nominations for the Golden Globes announced today live on NBC from Los Angeles.
They grabbed a chance to win a Golden Globe on the night of January 10th for non-English film category 'RRR' (India), 'All Quiet on the Western Front' (Germany), 'Argentina,1985' (Argentina) , 'Close' (Belgium) and the South Korean 'Decision toLeave'.
Other Italian films had submitted their candidacy for the nominations and they didn't enter the five either: they are 'Esterno Notte' by Marco Bellocchio, 'Una Sconosciuta' by Fabrizio Guarducci and 'Le Otto Montagne' directed in Italian by Felix van Groeningen and Charlotte Vandermeersch.
