(ANSA) - ROME, DECEMBER 12 - The Ukrainian Foreign Minister, Dmytro Kuleba, in an interview with the German channel Ard, broadcast by UNIAN, affirmed that the hypothesis of a complete blackout following the Russian bombing "is quite realistic, but the unstable situation will not push the Ukrainians to leave the country".
As Kuleba noted, in the event of new attacks on the Ukrainian energy system, "people will move to rural areas, where there is an opportunity to burn firewood."
