A new agency is entering the French communication landscape.
The American group Omnicom, second market capitalization of the sector (15.6 billion dollars), launches Hearts & Science, to conquer new customers
.
The agency, which will be headed by a general manager, Laetitia Barbolosi, formerly of Publicis, and Charles Roussaux, appointed deputy general manager, is the group's third in France, alongside Re-Mind PHD and OMD.
“To perfect our growth strategy, we needed this new entity. In particular to manage competing brands”
, explains Emmanuelle Soin, general manager of Omnicom Media Group France.

Indeed, we sometimes had to decline competitions around media budgets, for reasons of brand and management conflicts,"
she continues.
The Hearts & Science network, launched by Omnicom in the United States in 2016, is already present in 30 markets around the world.
