Pnrr: 3-I SpA is born, a new public software company

ANSA Lavoro - ROME, DECEMBER 12 - "3-I SpA", the Italian software house, with entirely public capital and participation, is born.


   He will have the task of developing, maintaining and managing software solutions and IT services for INPS, ISTAT, Inail, the Presidency of the Council and pooling the skills and IT services of central bodies and public administrations, optimizing investments and ensure ever higher levels of security and cybersecurity.

This was announced in a joint press release from the various administrations involved.

The shareholding will be 49% of INPS, followed by Inail (30%) and Istat (21%). The creation of a "NewCo" dedicated to the development of software to support the digital transformation of the Public Administration is a milestone envisaged by the mission" M1C1-Digitization, innovation and security in the PA"
