(ANSA) - BERLIN, DECEMBER 12 - An agreement has been reached by the G7 on a "platform" for "coordinating financial assistance".
This was announced by the German chancellor, Olaf Scholz, at a press conference after the virtual G7.
"The goal - said Scholz - is to rapidly build this platform with the participation of Ukraine, international financial institutions and other partners".
Aid to Ukraine will be a very big task, comparable to the 'Marshall plan' after World War II, he added.
