"A moment of reality," Schwartz wrote.

"Regarding the questions and answers about my skincare routine, unfortunately you will have to hold back a little longer. I will answer everything for you later, because the signs of the allergy on my face are back," she updated.

"I will share with you something that is really difficult for me to share. Recently I discovered that I am allergic to a certain animal, to a degree that is life-threatening," she said.

"My body accumulated a dangerous amount of allergens. I couldn't sleep at night because I would simply suffocate in my sleep. Marks began to appear on my face. No matter how many pills I took, and I took a lot, after a few weeks it got worse, it reached a level where they recommended I be hospitalized." explained painfully.

"I went to an allergist (allergist) who told me that I must urgently leave the area with the animal, and that I must not be near it or touch it. It broke my heart. I asked what I could do to mask the symptoms. They recommended that I take a high-dose steroid injection, to try to deal with it," she continued.

"I took the shot, because as someone who loves animals so much, I couldn't think about the thought of being away from her. It turns out that the shot didn't help and the marks on the face came back," she shared.

"In those days I had photo shoots and went to take another shot. The doctor recommended that I take it anyway. Professionalism is binding for me. And now, after returning from a weekend of shooting a campaign, I realized that the steroids are no longer effective, and the body is bombarded with allergens. I do not intend to take another such shot because I suffered for a long time from its health effects, severe physical and mental effects. I went to consult another doctor who gave me treatment. I believe that in the coming days I will finally be able to overcome it," she hoped.

"Don't play with your health. Health is above all," she advised surfers.

A short time later, Dwartz revealed the marks on her face through photography.

"This is what my face looks like now," she wrote and added a crying emoji.

Diane also uploaded the affirmative responses she received from her followers following the sharing.

"Heal well soon", "Look how people have no idea about anything. You are amazing for sharing, and my heart is always with you", poor thing", feel good and completely right, the main thing is your health!", support her.

"I don't need to tell you how many eyes are on you. My recommendation, go to a rabbi," wrote one of the surfers.

And we can only wish her a full recovery!
