A flight attendant finds out what not to wear on a flight (XOBLONDEVOYAGE ️)
Planning a flight soon?
Meet 26-year-old Kajal Manhas, working as a flight attendant for the past eight years.
Her Instagram profile is particularly active with almost 10,000 followers and there, apart from the photos she uploads, she occasionally shares tips that should make it easier for passengers during the long flights and also reveals behind-the-scenes secrets.
Recently, she was interviewed by the "Daily Star" and pleaded with passengers who intend to fly: "Never wear high heels and do not wear tight clothes during the flight, it can be a serious problem for you in the sky."
Manchas's recommendation is not, of course, for reasons of style and aesthetics, but rather for reasons of safety.

attendants reveal: the mistakes you must avoid on the flight The flight
attendant claims that tight clothing can cause cramps, swelling and also affect blood circulation.
"Tight clothes can slow down the blood flow and make you feel uncomfortable while you are sitting on a long flight", she explained, "it is important to maintain the blood flow during the flight"
.
She was talking about a symptom called DVT - a medical condition caused when a blood clot forms in the arteries, usually in the leg or pelvis, but sometimes in the arm as well.
This causes pain and swelling and in the extreme case can be fatal and damage the lungs.
All this can be prevented by wearing comfortable clothes and it is better to move and walk a little during the flight and drink a lot of water.
And what about heels?
These uncomfortable shoes may cause you to trip while evacuating the plane and it also endangers other passengers.
