The average income from work of civil servants in 2021 was 33,598 euros, much higher than that of private employees equal to 22,852 but above all the average income of traders (20,382) and craftsmen (20,311).
This is what emerges from the tables contained in the INPS Observatory on employees and self-employed workers according to which the category with the highest average income is that of Directors in separate management (50,478 euros) while domestic workers are those with the highest average income. low (7,424 euros) with the exception of occasional or voucher workers (1,028).
The average income of public employees (about 3.45 million workers) fell compared to 2021 by over a thousand euros (it was 34,801 euros) while that of private employees increased by almost 1,500 euros (it was 21,380 euros).
That of traders (almost two million workers, 1,936,000) decreased by over 700 euros (it was 21,152 euros).
For domestic workers, there is an increase in the average income of over 400 euros (it was 6,978 euros in 2020).
Self-employed agricultural workers have an average income of 12,764 euros while agricultural workers have an income of 8,747 euros in 2021, an increase of over 700 euros compared to 8,032 in 2020. For collaborators in the separate management there are over a thousand euros on average of income at 13,553 euros in 2021.
