(ANSA) - MILAN, DECEMBER 14 - The economic and financial police unit of the Gdf of Milan has seized around 102 million euros in an investigation by prosecutor Paolo Storari which sees at the center the logistics giants Brt, the historic Italian company formerly Bartolini active in shipments, and Geodis, both controlled by two different French groups.
In particular, 44 million from Brt and 37 from Geodis and 21 million from another 'intermediary' company were seized.
The tax fraud investigation concerns the so-called 'manpower tanks', i.e. logistics workers made available by intermediary companies for the two large companies.
