(ANSA) - ROME, DECEMBER 14 - A huge scam of inestimable value against the Vatican Museums.
This is revealed by 'The Daily Wire' which has published an investigation into what it calls a "high-tech theft of works of art of global value".
According to reports from the American site, a company allegedly claimed ownership of the license for the works of art in the Vatican Museums, without however producing certification of the license rights.
Just last month the Pope met the deputy director of the Museums for a private audience which, according to the site, would have been organized after informing the Holy See of the ongoing investigation.
