who launches the alert 'risk of flooding for the Tyrrhenian coast'.
In fact, persistent rains are expected over the next 4 days, especially from Tuscany to Campania,
with accumulations that could locally exceed 100 mm.
For the next few hours, rains are expected at times even intense between Campania, Basilicata and Calabria but significant phenomena are not excluded also between Lazio and Tuscany.
After a brief respite during the night, more rainfall will arrive, especially in the afternoon, starting from Sardinia towards the areas facing the Ligurian Sea and the central-northern Tyrrhenian Sea.
Bad weather also from Thursday afternoon with snowfall above 500-700 meters in the Alps.
Flakes up to hill altitudes in Piedmont and north-western Lombardy, partly up to the valley floor in the innermost Alpine valleys.
In the Apennines, a significant increase in temperatures will bring the freezing point above 2500 metres.
Finally, the weather was also disturbed on Friday with partially cloudy skies in Molise, in the south and in Sicily.
Possible showers in the north of Campania.
Very cloudy or overcast from the morning in the centre-north and in Sardinia, with rain and thunderstorms on the island, in Tuscany, Umbria and Lazio.
Some rain also on Emilia Romagna, the Veneto plain, northern Marche and Friuli Venezia Giulia.
