Greenberg reassured the followers, and updated that she is going to undergo surgery to repair her nose, after the serious car accident she had last March.
As I recall, Greenberg was involved in a serious car accident, which left her with serious facial injuries as a result of the deployed airbags, including a broken nose. Although she underwent emergency surgery after the accident, she is now undergoing another procedure to repair the damage.

"Going to bed today, knowing that tomorrow I'm getting up in the operating room," Greenberg updated her hundreds of thousands of followers, against the background of a photo of her lying in bed.
"Not because I feel like it, not because I want to, because I need to," she clarified, probably with the expectation that followers would think she was undergoing cosmetic surgery.
"These are remnants of the accident I had in March, they put me in SOS surgery for the crushed nose, a month before the wedding, and made it clear that I would need another surgery," she shared.
"I prayed that when I got to the check-up, they would tell me that everything was fine and I didn't have to go through it again, but it didn't help. Here it is tomorrow. The fear is there, the pain is there, but still surgery and recovery," she wrote.
She added: "Unlike last time, this time I got to choose my surgeon. A master in his field, but above all a human being," Greenberg praised the surgeon she chose.
