Fathers can't hold babies like mothers (indy._xo/Tiktok)
A mother of a baby girl surprised her followers on social media by showing how her partner can't hold their baby the same way she does - and encouraged other mothers to test their partners and see that they just can't.
TikTok user Indy Lamble, who posts videos on her TikTok page @indy._xo said she came across another TikTok video claiming that fathers are unable to hold their baby the same way mothers can and decided to put it to the test.
She filmed herself holding her baby in one hand as it rested on her hip - and asked her partner to try to hold her that way.
She says in the video: "We're going to check it on Jordan (her partner)."
Confused by the request, he tried to do so and finally succeeded only holding his baby with two hands - not one as Indy did: "Like this?"
he asks.
She was amused by his inability - and asked him if he could hang out with her like that.
He replied no - and demonstrated the only way he could.

More things fathers need to know
today's fathers are more present, so why do they still "make shame" in the books?
This is what makes men more involved dads
Give it a nudge: Dads who sleep less bond better with babies
Many women responded to the video claiming that men can't push their hips out like that.
One wrote: "They are not able to do this position that pushes the waist out, may they be healthy."
Another responded: "It's the same with my husband, because he always says his arm hurts a minute after he lifts it - and I'm like, 'Why don't you use your waist then?'"
Another viewer wrote: "Ok wait. I never noticed but now that I think about it, my husband has never lifted any of our kids on his hip. How weird."
Another mother wrote: "Oh my God. I thought it was just my husband. I always tell him to hold her properly and he doesn't succeed."
Try and argue.
