(ANSA) - ANCONA, DECEMBER 15 - A preventive and simplified surveillance system on procurement to make legality checks in public reconstruction after the 2016 earthquake even faster and, at the same time, effective.
This is the result of the agreement between the extraordinary commissioner for the reconstruction of the 2016 earthquake Giovanni Legnini and the Anac, who also shared the definition of standard documents and procedures relating to some of the phases of the public procurement procedures.
So there are two main innovations resulting from the work between the commissioner, Anac and special offices for reconstruction.
On the one hand, a new system was defined, based on a self-assessment form of the deeds for direct assignments and therefore on a greater involvement of the Usr and the Contracting Stations in the preliminary verification of the documentation, so as to further speed up the controls of the Special Operational Unit.
