The Ministries of Education, Communications and Technology are preparing to launch the e-citizen service center of the Ministry of Education, which provides its services, in addition to the services of the e-citizen service center, at the beginning of next year.

During an inspection tour to see the completion of the center's equipment, the Minister of Education, Dr. Darem Tabaa, explained that the center will be launched as part of the digital transformation project led by the Ministry of Communications and Technology at the Syrian level to facilitate citizen service, pointing out that in conjunction with the opening of a citizen service center, all services included in the Ministry of Communications will be provided. for a large number of citizens and will make it easier to work on.

Minister Tabbaa indicated that the work will begin with the services related to the Ministry of Education in preparation for the launch of all services provided by the Ministry of Communications to be available in this center, explaining that there will be a joint committee to identify all deficiencies and secure them so that services are available to citizens to start dealing with them pending the official opening after the completion of all equipment. needed for the centre.

The Minister of Communications and Technology, Eng. Iyad Al-Khatib, stated that the preparatory procedures were inspected today to see the work of the Citizen Service Center in the Ministry of Education, as it is one of the integrated centers with the e-Citizen Service Center through the software provided by the Ministry of Communications, and the cadres of the Ministry of Education secured the place and all the required equipment, referring to The network link between the Ministry of Education and the e-citizen service center has been secured.

Eng. Al-Khatib explained that all the equipment has been reviewed so that work with the center's services will be launched at the beginning of next year and the services of the Ministry of Education in general, provided that other services provided by the e-citizen service center in the Ministry of Communications will be integrated later.

The Deputy Minister of Communications and Technology, Dr. Muhammad Mazen Mahairi, the Director General of the Syrian Telecommunications Company, Eng. Saif Al-Din Al-Hassan, and a number of directors of the central administration at the Ministry of Education and those concerned participated in the tour.
