The CEO of the shipowner CMA CGM, Rodolphe Saadé, has just set foot at M6.
The businessman has crossed the threshold of 5% of shares in the group led by Nicolas de Tavernost, according to a notice from the Financial Markets Authority (AMF) published Thursday.
He acquired securities on the market, while M6's share price is relatively cheap.
