ANSA Lavoro - ROME, DECEMBER 15 - The extension to December 31 of the 110% Superbonus, given yesterday as excluded, is once again among the plausible hypotheses.
What will change compared to expectations will be the legislative instrument: no longer the Quater Aid decree but the budget law.
On the extension of the Superbonus to 31 December "a technical problem has emerged in the last few hours that can be circumvented" by inserting it into a maneuver, explained the rapporteur of the decree Guido Quintino Liris (FdI), who advanced the proposal: "there is a large opening in this direction" from the government, he says.
"I represented the situation to the government and the majority, in the light of the fact that the Accounting Department has highlighted technical problems on the quater: the extension of the Cilas is to 31 December, but the legislative decree would be completed in mid-January, exceeding the deadline. With the maneuver it would be implemented within the year".
