Food n' Shape

The wellness program Food n' Shape makes a welcome arrival from France, harnesses chef Abby Bitton, and tries to land everything at home with fresh, unfrustrating meals, and with only faint hints of the diets of the past.
The program combines nutritionists available on WhatsApp for personal feedback, close fitness trainers and food that comes out of Beaton's kitchen according to personal preference, and is based on your daily routine, your physical condition and your nutrition and weight goals of course.
14 weekly meals for lunch and dinner are sent home with storage and heating instructions, the nutritionists give recommendations for breakfast and snacks, and the rest - sports, there is no magic here - will be done by the fitness trainers and the motivational talks.
Price: 2,500 shekels per month for the full course (14 meals a week), or 800 shekels for a reduced version of four meals a week.
The menu, which includes dozens of dishes, highlights a desirable combination of protein-carbohydrate-vegetables, and also includes surprises such as pizza, lasagna, hamburger and fish and chips.
The spaghetti Bolognese dish was great for warming up, a size that breaks conventions, and with a rich sauce.
Couscous with fish balls was even more than that, with distinct flavors that were very far from what you expect to get in these programs, as was a red rice dish with tofu, an excellent curry, a turkey shawarma with pita on the side, and an eggplant that had just come off the grill.

The excellent Israeli dairy collaborates with the food blogger for an elaborate and delicious Hanukkah package.
The case, which is available in Gad's online store, slightly expands the festive-traditional hosting options, and is well placed in the niche of "you can't see more fries in front of your eyes" (we're already there, we assume you are too).
It includes blue cheese, creamy mozzarella fresca, sliced pecorino, gouda, sharp cheddar, truffle cream cheese, Manor cheese with a Greek appeal that didn't make it from the pan to the plate, goat gouda, whipped butter with Kalamata olives, Greek style olives, fries Truffle, reduced balsamic, cracker and sweet onion jam.

The old bakery and the large marketing chain are celebrating Hanukkah with a depraved but sane pop-up, which will be held today (Thursday, December 15) and also on the next Monday.
The collection includes a Kit Kat donut and Smarties (childish in a good way), a cheesecake donut and Fativar crumbs (homely and sympathetic in taste) and also a salty pretzel donut and a sweet-salty-destroying lotus spread.

The boxes include two individual bags of peeled and cut fruit, homogeneous and coherent on their way to easy and quick preparation of a smoothie - just put in a blender and add milk, yogurt or water if you didn't come to really enjoy this life.
Here you can find a yellow smoothie (pineapple, mango, banana, date and coconut cream), a pink smoothie (banana, strawberry, date, apple and coconut cream), a green smoothie (banana, kiwi, avocado, apple and mango), and a red smoothie (banana, strawberry, blueberry, cherry, date and coconut cream) - all without added sugar, preservatives and food colors, and all of them are excellent for their type, refreshing, concentrated and delicious.

The beloved snack is expanding shelves little by little, and landing new and crunchy versions in Israel, with the arrival - hopefully - of the desired excesses that are being plowed overseas.
This is a white chocolate Kit Kat and a Caramel Kit Kat - both in our favorite chunk variation, with built-in crunchiness, moderate sweetness relative to the genre, and fun flavors of a break from the diet regime.

The Italian tuna brand lands in Israel a version with extra virgin olive oil, while striving to reflect the flavors of the Mediterranean.
The box (27.90 for a trio of 240g boxes) was opened on the way to a routine dinner, sampled with a fork, mixed with friends into a slightly more elaborate salad, and provided all the while a good taste of bitter olive oil, with excellent tuna in its own right.

The large meat delicacies company joins the worlds of substitutes and launches a series of vegetarian pastrami and sausage.
The series is characterized by protein levels of 16-29 grams per 100 grams, and comes with its products thinly sliced.
It includes, for now, a soy-based vegetarian pastrami with a grill flavor and a peppery flavor - the former is seasoned in an emphasized but not excessive way and the peppery is surprisingly good in the "pastramiota", as well as a vegan sausage based on wheat protein imported from Italy with a spicy and smoky flavor - both are great for their kind.

The American sweetener brand is launching a new series in Israel with the help of the Gori company, aiming to replace sugar at home.
It is a general sugar substitute, a brown sugar substitute, and a powdered sugar substitute - all three are based on stevia, all three have a ratio of approximately one-eighth of the usual sugary calories, and all three are based on a combination of steviol glycosides, erythritol and chicory fiber - and with a bottom line very similar to the real thing, to the point of confusion.
