The event was held at the initiative of the Forum of Israeli Cultural Institutions and the National Theater on the stage and in the presence of Defense Minister Benny Gantz, who thanked him and said: "Hili, you gave your soul and heart and are characterized by the ability to accommodate, and in the Ministry of Culture and Sports this is the first quality that is needed - to accommodate the entire cultural range and you deserve it wholeheartedly .

In the artistic part of the event, Trooper Roni Dlomi, Israel Ktorza, Rotem Abuhav, Shlomit Aharon, Peter Roth, the kibbutz dance troupe, the Vertigo dance troupe, the Dimona Theater and more performed in honor of the event.

Other speakers were: Tel Aviv-Jaffa Mayor Ron Huldai, director and creator Maor Zagouri, actress and Chairman of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry Ricky Bleich, CEO of the National Theater Noam Semal and CEO of the Forum Danny Weiss.
