Anyone who wants to make a career must have studied?
That's an assumption by some people.
However, success can also be achieved without studying.
Even while they are still at school, many people ask themselves how their careers can continue. The options are often a degree or an apprenticeship.
In recent years, many have opted for the supposedly more promising course.
However, this trend is changing at the beginning of the current winter semester.

At the beginning of this winter semester, around 2.9 million students were enrolled at German colleges and universities, according to the Federal Statistical Office.
This is the first time in 15 years that the number has declined.
This year around 30,400 fewer people are registered than in the previous year.
You don't necessarily need a degree to make a career out of it.

3rd tip for a career without a degree: Practical experience is valuable

Whether you have a career or not depends on various factors, whether you have a degree or not can be one of these factors.
However, a degree alone is no guarantee that your career will be successful.
If you work hard, show dedication and are passionate about what you do, you can get leadership positions even if you don't have a degree.
