A 14-year-old boy from Gragnano, in the province of Naples, has been the victim of a series of bullying acts in the last three years in front of which he would also have expressed a willingness to take his own life.
The Carabinieri made it known.
Five involved, aged between 15 and 18, the latter a minor at the time of the events, recipients of a precautionary measure and placed in the community.
Among them there are also two boys who have already been investigated in the criminal proceedings relating to the suicide of a 13-year-old who took place on 1 September.
The investigations, coordinated by the Public Prosecutor's Office at the Juvenile Court of Naples, began last September and made it possible to ascertain that the 14-year-old from Gragnano
had suffered a series of vexatious conduct over the last three years, which would also have resulted in in a violent physical assault which took place last September which allegedly caused the victim to injuries judged to be curable in 10 days.
According to the investigative reconstruction, the victim would have been forced to change schools in the current school year and, during the attendance of the third year of lower secondary school, he would have even expressed the will to take his own life.
The investigations made it possible to collect serious indications of guilt against the three recipients of today's precautionary measure and a fourth person who cannot be charged in relation to the robbery of a multipurpose knife, which took place last April.
The young 14-year-old would finally have suffered - according to the reconstruction of the Carabinieri - since elementary school numerous acts of bullying by a peer,
not the recipient of today's precautionary measure since at the time of the events he was less than 14 years old and therefore not attributable.
In Gragnano, it was the soldiers of the Carabinieri company of Castellammare di Stabia who implemented the order for the application of a precautionary measure of placement in the community, issued by the investigating judge of the Juvenile Court of Naples at the request of the local Public Prosecutor's Office at the Court for minors,
against the 5 suspects, seriously suspected, for various reasons, of the crimes of persecution and robbery.
