Von der Leyen, 'sanctions hit Moscow war machine'

(ANSA) - BRUSSELS, DECEMBER 16 - "I welcome the agreement on the ninth package of sanctions against Russia.

   It focuses on technology, finance and the media to push the Russian economy and war machine off the rails.

   Sanctions nearly 200 people and entities involved in attacks on civilians and child abductions".
