Founded in 2006, Hellfest is now one of the biggest metal and other “extreme music” festivals in Europe.
Canceled in 2020 and 2021 due to the Covid-19 pandemic, the festival brought together 350 groups and 420,000 spectators this year, exceptionally over two weekends.
Deep Purple, Deftones, Gun's and Roses, Gojira, Ghost and Metallica were on the program.
A “double” edition to make up for lost time.

Hellfest organizers will announce the second lineup and other headliners in the coming months.
They will also a priori have the green light to hold their edition in 2024. Hellfest is not affected by the postponements or cancellations that should result from the constraints of maintaining order for the 2024 Paris Olympic Games.
