More than 24 million French people vibrated behind the Blues during the more than 120 minutes that the World Cup final lasted on Sunday afternoon.
And it is clear that the disappointment and sadness caused by the defeat have not been swept away overnight.
Many French people woke up gloomy on Monday.
Some will go so far as to describe themselves as unhappy… And they are not so far from reality.
“Some of the supporters are really in emotional distress,” describes Meriem Salmi, psychologist.
