A little rain, low temperature (it's all relative, yes?), hot donuts, menorahs and a year coming to an end.

Unlike most countries of the world, in Israel the month of December is not considered particularly exciting.

However, in the rest of the world the month of December is eagerly awaited, so they celebrate the Christmas celebrations - one of the most important holidays for the Christian people - which reach their peak on December 25-26, and include, among other things, family meals, decorations, a festive atmosphere, fir trees, gifts from Santa and Quite a few delicious and special dishes that are usually prepared only at this time of the year.

If you too feel like getting into the holiday spirit and feeling like Americans for a day, we have put together three recipes for three iconic dishes that are usually prepared at Christmas in the United States.

You can find all the products and many more products at Tiv Taam branches, where they offer special promotions and a shopping experience with an international flavor in honor of Christmas.

Cornbread with a twist

One of the dishes most associated with American cuisine during the holiday season is cornbread - a dish that originates from the southern United States, which is based, as you can understand from its name, on corn flour.

In the United States, unlike other places in the world where corn bread is also commonly prepared, the bread is brushed with butter or honey as soon as it comes out of the oven, and thus a creamy and sweet layer is obtained that adds a winning twist.
