History was recently made on Halanit Street in the Carmel Castle, after a building was demolished for the first time in the city as part of an urban renewal project, as part of a series of housing estates to be demolished on the street.
The project is led by the Amram et Nidam Urban Renewal company, jointly owned by the Amram Avraham real estate company and the Eli Nidam company, and as part of it, two 15-story towers with 107 units planned will be built.
The location of the project, at the western entrance to the city, near Route 4 , makes it highly sought after by many housing developers, from Haifa and the region and from the city itself. The buildings will be built near Nahal Galim Park, an ecological pool and schools and a sea view with the project architect being Tzachi Vazana.
The project's residents, who currently live in 3-4 room apartments, will receive new apartments with an average size of about 100 square meters and spacious balconies in modern buildings with a view of the sea that are built to high standards, including a luxurious lobby, elevators and underground parking. Marketing of the project started a few weeks ago, after receiving The building permit and the buildings are expected to be inhabited in about 40 months.
